Our Covid-19 restart plan
We are back to performing all procedures. While your experience at Remington Laser Dermatology Centre may look a little different, we hope you’ll find comfort in the familiarity of our care.
Following Alberta Public Health Guidelines, we have designed a health and safety experience to welcome you with confidence.
Here are the specifics of what you can expect:
We’ve made modifications to our space to help patients maintain physical distancing. Surfaces throughout the clinic are regularly sanitized. Treatment rooms are sanitized between appointments. Hand sanitizer has also been made widely available.
We are giving priority to those whose appointments were cancelled due to the pandemic closure and are contacting patients directly to reschedule appointments in the order in which they were affected. We are working hard to ensure all of our patients are seen in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.
Arriving for your appointment.
In order to minimize the number of patients in the waiting room we cannot accommodate early or late arrivals at this time. We ask that you come into the clinic wearing a mask. Our team will also be wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed by Alberta Public Health.
Upon entering for your appointment, please sanitize your hands. At check-in your temperature will be taken and documented. Please come into the clinic on your own, unless you require the assistance of an accompanying person and.
You’ll be escorted directly into a private and sanitized room, where your treatment, bookings, and payment will be managed.
We kindly request that you pay by card as we are advised by Alberta Public Health not to process cash payments.
We are screening all patients in advance of an appointment and are asking you to reschedule if you have:
- fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, reduced sense of smell
- potential contact with COVID-19 or someone experiencing the above symptoms
- travelled outside of Canada in the last 2 weeks
